Research & insight
Field observation, interviews, desk research, synthesis and opportunity framing.
About me
I turn field evidence into clear service directions, then make ideas tangible through journeys, blueprints, interfaces and physical prototypes.

My practice
My practice is grounded in service design and extends into UX, UI and design strategy. I move between people's experiences, organisational roles and the touchpoints that connect them.
I am most engaged by unclear situations that need observation, mapping, conversation and testing. My projects connect what people experience with the operational work required to deliver it.
Capabilities
Field observation, interviews, desk research, synthesis and opportunity framing.
Journeys, blueprints and system maps connecting users, staff, partners, information and policy.
Digital flows, interface prototypes, physical touchpoints and staged service tests.
Concept prioritisation, workshop support and implementation questions linking user and organisational needs.
Selected experience
Together, these roles bring front-line listening, facilitation, audience engagement and coordination into my design practice.
Front-line service
I support customers and shop-floor operations in English, gaining a direct view of how a local service responds to varied needs through everyday interactions.
Facilitation
I supported art and design workshops for children, helped teams move from ideas to shared outcomes, and coordinated teaching schedules and materials.
Audience engagement
I managed public-facing account content and edited short-form video. Published work reached more than 10,000 views.
Education
Postgraduate study

First-Class Honours
Built an interdisciplinary practice spanning interaction design, moving image, physical computing and exhibition making.
Outstanding Graduate
Graduated with recognition for academic and creative work in digital media arts.
